Helen is a Senior Advisor in the Climate and Market Regulations (Environment & Business) Team at the Environment Agency. She has been working in the field of Emissions Trading since 2018 and currently leads on monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV) across all climate change regimes regulated by the Environment Agency, and UK ETS (Installations).
