Shelley joined UK Infrastructure Bank in December 2022, which became National Wealth Fund in October 2024. She is a Director in the Banking and Investments team and the sector lead for waste, water and SAF, all important sectors for UKIB. Prior to NWFUKIB, Shelley spent 14 years in the infrastructure team at Japanese Bank Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, originating and executing new project finance transactions in the waste and water sectors. She also held roles focusing on project finance at German Landesbank Helaba and at Abbey National Treasury Services (now Santander UK).
