Simone is a Chartered Waste Manager with over 25 years’ experience in waste and resource management. Previously with Anthesis, Simone is now a Director of Ceres, a recently expanded, specialist consultancy of experienced waste professionals supporting operators, investors and developers of recycling and residual waste infrastructure. She is an expert in the feedstock market and regularly advices on infrastructure investments and transactions. Simone also acts as an expert witness in commercial disputes and criminal cases.
