Nathan is a partner in the Energy and Resource Management team at Bevan Brittan and head of sustainability. Nathan has advised on some of the UK’s leading energy and utilities infrastructure projects and specialises in providing legal and commercial advice on EPC delivery (new build, refurbishment, retrofitting and upgrade) through to operation, maintenance and service delivery. Nathan provides strategic advice on business case development, involvement of key stakeholders, project structuring and legal delivery models. Nathan’s clients include developers/contractors, funders, Local Authorities and technology/plant sub-contractors across a range of technologies including energy recovery facilities, advance thermal, anaerobic digestion, MBT/MRF etc.
