Lucas Quintanilha was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 19961. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and is also a Chemistry Technician. Additionally, Lucas possesses an MBA in Business Management. Currently, Lucas works as a Sustainability Manager at BASF for the UK & Ireland Country Cluster. In this role, he is responsible for developing and maintaining key customer relationships to ensure long-term engagement. He serves as a focal point for key internal and external stakeholders in discussions about Sustainability initiatives and projects. Lucas also oversees market screening, searching for innovative and sustainable solutions in the UK.
